Dr Usama Ahmed was polite, professional, confident, and he knew what he was doing, he spoke to my dad and told him what he was going to do, he did not hurt my dad at all he actually got all of the wax out and my dad was able to hear without his hearing aids, i asked question and nothing was too much trouble, i would definitely recommend him this doctor and would want to see him again in the future if need be

My daughter had a appointment with Dr usama today and as we are parents both of us really happy about his consultation. Before we entered his room we were with some doubts about my daughters ear pain and he listened to us very friendly manner. The most important thing is he explained us all the things descriptively regarding the problem and how to prevent it from in future .As we are parents he let us make any questions regarding the matter. It’s a very good thing as a doctor. It makes us to clear all the doubts. Also he is very humble and very polite. Thanks Dr usama. Have a great career and we all wish you all the best!!!
